Galaxy tab a 10.1 2016 screen issues

Hello, my tablet screen is in the attached pi ture and it has been like this since purchase. Slowly getting worse but not noticeable when bought  worst it has ever got is like this but part of the screen went pure blue and this is not all the time, it is usually less severe but it has been happening much worse recently and I need to know what is happening so I can get it repaired. It uses a samsung 1080p super pls panel. Thanks in advance.

It also has a strange burn in effect even though it is not an oled panel.

The lines seem to come from the right side of the screen If that helps.

Screen replacement is needed or something with graphic on motherboard needs to be fixed
