Assuming the pads are still intact you may try using some solder flux and lightly scrubbing the them to see if the crud comes off of them. If the pads are damaged you're pretty well screwed since those copper pads are ENIG (electroless nickel immersion gold) plated so they're extremely flat. In other words its not possible to build them up with solder like you can for other traces or pads because you can't afford the height delta between pads.

Is there a bigger hope if all of the "burned" contacts have a litle gold spot looking like its going thru the substraight? And i can "feal" it?

If something was fucked enough to burn the pads, you've got a significantly bigger problem than those pads being a little dirty. How did they even get like this? What CPU is this?

not enough patience and water.

 

And the mobo is fine

 

And it is a i7 4790k that was sable @4,8ghz

IT WORKES but just one ram slot not even a hole channel.

It was never dead, but only one channel and a slot worked. But now both channels and all ram slots work.
