Gigabyte RX 5500 XT Not giving any display on startup

Acidturtle

So I just built a New Gaming PC for my brother. It has a Ryzen 5600, ASROCK B450M, 16gb 3200mhz ram, and a gigabyte RX5500xt 4gb. These specs are the same as my system, which functions perfectly fine, other than the RX5500XT (I have a 580) When you turn on the system, everything seems fine, other than no display. The weird part is, the system worked for a solid 24 hours before this problem worked. My research has lead me to believe its Windows trying to install its own gpu drivers on top of the amd drivers, but idk. Plz help, I'm in deep shit if I cant fix this.

I got that exact same GPU, from Gigabyte too and everything and I've never encountered anything like this.

Are you able to boot into safe mode? If you are, try booting into safe mode and making a clean install of the radeon drivers from there.
Also it wouldn't hurt to swap HDMI/DP cables just to rule that out.

The problem with that is when I try to boot into safe mode, There is still no display signal. I have Switched out the monitor, hdmi cable, and even kluged the same monitor into my pc, in which case it worked fine.
