Sending Steam VR Tracking data over network to shadow pc

I'm trying to get either an X-Box 1 Kinect or Vive Trackers and Base Stations to be able to get all there tracking done locally on my home pc and then send that directly to steam vr on the shadow pc. You cant just usb forward the items because of the fact that they would need an ungodly amount of internet and shadow wouldnt even support half of what i would need although just the tracking data would be fine to send over network. If anyone has an idea i will do whatever you ask to set it up
