MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI  EZ DEBUG LIGHT ON FOR SOMETIME THEN SYSTEM BOOTS UP NORMALLY BUT BEFORE THAT THERE IS A ZZZ SOUND WHEN EZ DEBUG CPU LIGHTS are on. Please help what could be the issue?

No bro it wasn't like that before. A zzz sound is coming and when I press the power button the light on the Lian Li lancool ii mesh white's white light is also doesn't turn on easily which turned on immediately.
