Part Recommendations For My First Build

Decypher

Budget (including currency): My budget is around $1500 USD

Country: I live in the United States of America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I plan to use this build for mostly vr games like Half Life Alyx, Boneworks, and Sword & Sorcery, but also some flatscreen games including, but not limited to, Valorant (which I know is not intensive) and Warzone.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): The parts that I have planned out are the i5-11400 cpu, the ID Cooling 224-XT cpu cooler, the Arctic MX-2 Thermal Paste, the ASROCK B560 Pro 4 ATX LGA 1200 motherboard, the Team T-Force Vulcan Z 16 GB DDR4-3200 CL16 memory, the Mushkin Pilot-E 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME SSD, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB gpu (debating on which part to buy, if I can find one), the Phanteks Eclipse P400A Digital ATX Mid case, the MSI 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX psu, the Pixio PX248 Prime 24.0" 1920x1080 144 Hz monitor, and the Tecware Phantom RGB Wired keyboard.  My pcpartpicker list is also at this link:  https://pcpartpicker.com/list/F73B68

Although this is well within my budget, I was wondering if there was anything I could save on and still get the same/better performance?

Well, the list is great apart from the fact that if its in your budget you should get a 750W PSU for future upgrade capacity! The rest is pretty good.
