It'll be more than enough, I'm running a 2060 Super on a CX650m for over a year now, and most 2060S models cap at 200W anyway.

FX6300 @ 4.2GHz | Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 | Hyper 212x | 3x 8GB + 1x 4GB @ 1600MHz | Gigabyte 2060 Super | Corsair CX650M | LG 43UK6520PSA
ASUS X550LN | i5 4210u | 12GB

yes it will be ok, but i recommend a 750W psu because you can add more stuff or upgrade easily!

I'm using external stuff though, such as a elgato cc.

If they already have that 650W, they shouldn’t get a 750W until they need it for an upgrade.
