do not get that card for $200. Just get a used card/gt 710 and wait for prices to become sane.

That PC will not perform very well for gaming due to the GPU.

if you are okay with buying used GPUS then the GTX 1080 for 300 - 350 is a great option. It will still perform amazing in games like valorant.

Don't worry, that is just was PC part picker says, that you may need to update your BIOS. The BIOS should be autoatically updated with this board, I wouldn't worry about it.

Luckily Valorant is not really a demanding game, since it's an e-sports title. It is still more than CS:GO though. With that build you will be fine to play it at High/Max settings if you use a GTX 1080.

The build seems good to me. Maybe only try to find a better PSU if possible. Preferably a Gold efficiency and more recent one. That will also help you for an upgrade in the future. I suggest something like a Corsair RMx series or different Seasonic.

Then that PSU is fine until you upgrade. Just don't pair it with a RTX 3000 card as it's risky for the one you chose. Most cards are fine though.

Instead of spending $100 on a PSU why dont you just buy a higher quality PSU now? You will save alot of money

you an just get a cheaper gpu when prices go down. the overall build without the gpu is cheaper than what you picked anyway.

Budget (including currency): 1000$

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, minecraft, and video editing

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): needs to be mid to high end

Terrible motherboard and psu. Also 128GB SSD is too small. You want to be running games from the SSD and not the HDD. A 250GB/256GB is the min you should be looking at.
