Best RAM for 5800x that can be overclocked?

Hello, 

 

I want to upgrade my memory to get the absolute most out of my Ryzen 7 5800x. I did some research and came to the conclusion that everything above 3200 speed is not going to get me more performance. I know that the increase of performance with faster ram isnt really worth the price I have to pay, but I really want to get rid of my budget GSKILL Aegis 3000 kit which has no heatsinks and no RGB. 

So with the decision of 32 GB 3200 Mhz made, what brand would you guys recommend me to get?

I read about a special chip in the RAM that allows for better overclocking and more power for Ryzen? 

Would GSkill Trident Z be a good choice? And if, would getting a higher performing memory, like 3600 Mhz have any advantages over 3200?

I'm going to make sure to let you know that heatsinks and RGB also will not have any appreciable improvement over standard dimms.

You are free to do what you want with your money. Just be aware that, especially at stock settings, that kit will not provide better performance vs the recommended kit.

yeah, I really look forward to having good looking RAM, also I decided to get 4x 8gb sticks since gamers nexus found out that 4 over 2 stick will give a huge performance upgrade for zen 3. This is not accurate, and was corrected by Gamers Nexus to my knowledge. The performance improvement comes from having 2 ranks per channel, which can be achieved either by using 2x dual rank sticks, or by using 4x single rank sticks. The kit I posted is dual rank. The one you posted has inferior performance, as it is not Samsung B-die.
