Help with Low Price Display Only graphics card

So working from home I've been doing work on a server, and I've narrowed down some crashes to the graphics card. I have been running a GTX 970 on it, and have an ultrawide screen that runs at 5120x1440. It is running a Ryzen 7 without integrated graphics.

I'd like to have a graphics card that can do that resolution, however I don't care about FPS, I don't game on it, I sometimes watch youtube on it. The primary driver of this box is to be a linux/fedora server that hosts vms, does minikube, and a host of other things, its used as my desktop for work. I have a separate machine for Gaming. Nothing requires a graphics card for it to run.

 

I'm looking for a graphics card under $100-$150 in the Midwest area to replace the failing 970. Ideally it would support Display port, which is what I have been using, but while I could easily point out differences in the high end cards and what is best for what, I'm a bit lost on the low end cards. Was looking at AMD Fire and Nvidia Quadro, but it looks like the resolution was low for those, At same time know there is a shortage in the GPU market, and there may not be any good options.

On paper it should work with your display, as something like a K2000 has 2 Displayport 1.2 that can run at 4k 60Hz.

Try chekc used gpus. You can use "techpowerup" website to see what gpus support your needs.

then you just search for them in kijiji, facebook marketplace, craiglist etc.
