Need help with parts for my pc

I'm building a micro stx pc(which will be mounted on a monitor with a vesa mount) and I need help with what parts I should get. It's a DeskMini 310 Barebone. Here is the list of supported parts:

 

CPU - Supports Intel® 9th/8th Gen LGA1151 Processors (Max. TDP 65W)

 

Cooler - Supports Intel® LGA115x CPU Cooler (Max. Height ≦ 46mm)

 

Memory - Supports 2 x SO-DIMM DDR4-2666MHz, Max. 64GB (non-ECC)

 

Chipset - Intel® H310

 

Graphics - Integrated Intel® UHD Graphics

 

Storage - M.2_1: Type 2280 PCIe Gen3 x4 & SATA 6Gb - 2 x SATA 6Gb 2.5-inch 7mm/9.5mm Hard Drive - 1 x Micro SD Card Reader

 

I'm mainly using this for light gaming ( CSGO etc), everyday browsing and Microsoft Word.

DISCLAIMER THE MAX TDP IS 65 W, ANYTHING ABOVE THAT WONT BE SUPPORTED

For this kinda budget build, I think you should go for intel i3 8th gen and 2x4gb ram and gt 710  or 1030, and one more question I want to ask is are going to use this pc for gaming?

Btw I don't think the case supports a GPU, but if it does I'll get the gtx 710.

a 8th gen i3 wouold have a faster gpu than a gt710 (yes, the 710 is that bad). Evenm overclocked, the 7 10 would probably be worse.
