New AMD build after several Intel builds

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Primarily for gaming (Wow, Cyber Punk, call of duty, World of Tanks/Warships, Control, if they brought back a new Crysis lol, I would still play 2) maybe some minor video editing and some streaming. I want something to last for some time

Other details I would like to do an AMD build, my favs for manufacturers are ASUS, Gigabyte, Corsair, but am always up to try something better. I am just needing to build the PC, I have everything else. I've been researching a lot due to not having built anything in several years. I'm in the military and deployments take up some time. Cost has always been a factor since I'm the only one that works, my wife stays home taking care of our special needs daughter. I finally am able to set some money a side sort of and have been wanting to upgrade to a new build for months. I have a list of parts in my wish list at newegg, parts picker, and things I saved on note pad.

 

The components I'm looking at would be an X570 motherboard (Asus or Gigabyte) I've picked a couple but only by researching "Best X570 motherboards for Ryzen 9 5900X" it's hard for me to decipher what the differences are. I would like to get a 30 series Geforce GDU but one I will be happy with and run any game I throw at it for some time. I'm looking at Corsair for water cooling and the Dominator Platinum 16GB 2X8 DDR4 or G.Skill Trident Z Neo 16 GB 2X8 3200 MHz

iCUE 5000X RGB MID-TOWER ATX CASE, HX Series HX850 — 850 Watt 80 PLUS or the Asus ROG Thor 850W PSU

I have a few SSD's I will use until I do further research, right now the only new thing I'm trying it possibly the SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2 2280 1TB

 

I think that's about it.

 

This build is WISH build, I'm willing to wait the time until I can afford everything

 

What I would like to know

 

Is this a very good build?

Are the components a good fit?

What should I change?

 

Does anyone have any suggestions at all for a really great AMD build?

Maybe I don't even know what I'm talking about lol

I noticed, I' going to try and hold out as long as I can. I don't want to rush or just "settle". I want to be happy with the build and not just ok with it.
