macbook pro 13 2020 intel - 4 ports - can`t get 4K 60Hz on TV

Hey,

 

I am going crazy here. I need help with getting 4K 60Hz on my TV (Samsung Q70R 2018). My macbook is 2020 intel version with 4 thunderbolt ports so it does support 4K60 and the dongle I am using also. The dongle is the new apple dongle A2119. I tried to use other dongles but those always make my wifi loose signal.

 

However my tv is still running in 4K30Hz. I tried to plug the dongle to other laptop running windows and it had no issue with that. So there is no issue with the dongle or TV or HDMI cable.

 

Can someone tell me how to fix it?
