Ryzen 7 5800x has a memory problem

Hi, thanks for reading my first topic.

 

My friend has bought an ryzen 5 5800x and tried to boot with it but it keeps giving ram errors such as Paige file not found, and he has 2 motherboards, a x580 gaming edge wifi and a x470 gaming plus max.

And both motherboards give this error, we tested the ram and the ram works fine in my own PC so that's not the problem

It even happens when he tries to install windows from an USB.

Does anyone know what he could do?

Yeah, It still happens when xmp is turned off
