Srttrail.txt error on fresh windows 10 install

Here it is, having tried everything from repair to reset and now a fresh install of windows i still have a SrtTrail.txt error appear on startup.

Does anyone have any experience with this or have an idea of what is going on ?

What could I do differently ?

Maybe your installer is corrupted? Try downloading a new ISO from Microsoft.

I reinstalled windows after trying everything and that seems to have fixed it
