3060 mobile or 2070 super max-q?

I'm buying a new laptop but i'm very confused on which gpu I should get. Should I go with a 3060 mobile or a 2070 super max-q? I'm mostly gonna do 1080p gaming

it depends on what is the power limit of the 3060 in the laptop you're looking at. The performance can vary quite a bit depending on how much power they're giving it.

 

But I would say probably the 2070S Max-Q. Performance will be better than a low-power 3060 and about the same as a high-power 3060, and the 2070S has more VRAM. But there's not much difference between the two unless the 3060 has a really low power limit like 65W.
