Whats better to have enabled 5G or 4g LTE in area where 5G is unsupported?

What title says, i have a xiaomi mi 10t and itd 5g compatible, and in this country only 4g+ is supported, is it better to have 5g enabled or 4g lte? what will have lower ms,speeds etc...

If 5G isn't supported then you don't get 5G connectivity so it's a moot point. There is no harm or benefit either way to leaving 5G enabled on the device.

Even if you have 5G enabled in your phones settings, if you dont have any cell support you will only get 4G. No point of changing any settings.

4g is already superfast.1080p youtube only use 5-12mb/s which is way below average 4g connections.

so to leave it? its not using more battery or anything?
