I am beginner, need help planning out PC parts.

Budget (including currency): 1400 USD (without graphics card)

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Games such as, Valorant, Cyberpunk2077, assisns creed titles, Red dead redemption, Gta etc.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I will be using 2 moniters first moniter is 144hz 1920x1080 and other is 60hz also 1920x1080, thanks!

I think its the best build for the budget. But the main problem is the GPU have you found it in stock anywhere?
