My build needs some fine tuning help

Not sure why, but the build has been a bit sluggish to use at times. I expected a bit more from this build, but don't know where or what is causing it. Do I have any bottlenecks, and what would be the best thing(s) to do/replace. Also, I haven't done any changes to the BIOS or OC yet. Mostly because I'm new to OC and are a bit anxious on how to do and which settings to use. 馃槈
