Cooling for i7 10700

I had a pc built for me and my cpu is an i7 10700 I am cooling my cpu with a 120mm water cooler is this cooler good enough because i cant use much more of a bigger cooler because of how limited my case is

They can vary wildly in quality from one to the next.

The 10700 is a 65W TDP chip (lower power, but not lowest power), so a 120mm AIO should be fine.
