Is this pc anny good or what should i change not including GPU

depends on what you are going to do with it. Maybe the PSU is a bit overkill, maybe the GPU that you are going to choose won't need this much power. I would add at least some SATA Drives, but again, depends on what you are going to do with it

i all ready have a seagate barracuda hdd 4tb. and there is no gpu`s avable in my country and i am proberly going to have a rtx370 or 3080

i am going to use it as a gaming pc and play many diffrent games on it and my old pc is starting to stugle because the motherboard is a little bad

I would go amd
get a b450 motherbaord that is compatible with ryzen 5000. Get a 5600x instead of the 10700k. 2 less cores, but still enough for gaming. And you get more single core performance.

Don't bother. The 9900K is on a dead platform and it's slightly slower.

Everyone is entitled to their own preferences, but not everyone shares your views. I don't care whether I'm buying AMD or Intel as long as I'm getting the features I'd like.

So in this case, OP is allowed to buy a 10700K.
