My gpu isn't detected anymore

YourNanses

Hi, recently my pc stopped recognizing my gpu, it has video output but nothing else works, can't see it in task manager anymore, nvidia control panel is gone, I can't run any games anymore, not even browser games, everything lags if it has to use my gpu, this happened after while I was on discord, my pc randomly restarted and then after that, gpu was gone, I have no idea what to try anymore, I tried, removing drivers and reinstalling, update drivers, check for windows update, remove and put back gpu, it just won't work anymore, I hope there's someone that can give me a solution

My pc specs:

Windows 10 64bit

Ryzen 5 3600

16 gb ram

Gtx 780

Motherboard b-450 f

Psu 600w 80plus bronze

Well I got it for free from a friend, can't buy GPUs with current prices so if there's anything I could do to keep it alive a bit more until I can upgrade would be great
