first of all you need ddr4 ram.  You have listed here ddr3.  I would recommend at bare minimum 8gb but 16gb if you can spare it.  Ryzen prefers fast ram as well so the faster you can get the better.  Your CPU already comes with a CPU cooler so there is no need to get a different one especially when on such a tight budget.  Get a ssd, drop the hdd to a 1tb and get a 250gb ssd.  Trust me you will thank me later.  And finally, try and get a bit better of a psu.  Im not saying that its bad but you really should try and get one with at least a bronze rating.  Make these changes and you should be good to go.  Best of luck!

Have a look at this instead

kept the CPU and adjusted the motherboard and ram. Also added an SSD for very fast general use (trust me, don't boot windows off a hard drive)

You can use the same mousepad, keyboard, speaker etc. But you should cut the CPU cooler out of the budget for now.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad
