samsung 980 pro m.2 doesnt show up in bios or file explorer

i have a ROG Strix Z590-E and i tried both gen 4 m.2 slots and nothing will show up

Did you check Disk management? if it show, try new Simple Volume it

Do you have other pc? you can test out if it still doesnt show up it might samsung 980 pro m2 doesnt work

Do you see m2 show up in bios?

i tried with my sisters computer and it still doesnt show up. i think i just got a dud
