What chip uses this die?

So today our class visited Air Liquide FE’s HQ in Taiwan and in their lobby was this wafer sample.

I know nothing about a die’s internals so if anyone could recognize its structure, what chip could possibly contain this die?

 

Since Intel awarded AL as their number one gas provider, could this be an Intel wafer? Or a locally made TSMC one?

I'm going to say it looks like Intel Core 2 wafer. 

But after a while they all start looking the same lol.

Bruh that thing... is far from being a core 2... because it has four much smaller cores

These are huge... so likely some highly custom chip for whatever kind of industrial thing that no consumer would know about. 

Should have asked there maybe?

They are indeed huge... Each of them must have a width/length of approx 1.5"
