is the Philips 276E8VJSB a good solution? Are you using this monitor? Do you know one that is better?

I currently am thinking about a monitor that i am going to buy in the future. I came up with the Philips 276E8VJSB with 27inch 4k resolution and 60 hertz. This monitor is going to be  mostly used for basic video and photo editing (so 60 hertz is enough), office stuff and a little bit of gaming (i still wont need more than 60 hertz). In germany this screen costs around 280€ wich is okay i guess. My budget is around this price, but a monitor for 350€ would also be okay (if it makes a huge difference).  I dont necessarly need build in speakers (i am going to use external ones anyways).
