So I just touched a Live 5 Usb Port Charger Capacitor finger got a weird buzz feeling and it now doesn't feel alright (Am I gonna Die)

You might have burnt yourself, but i dont think you are gonna die.

Electricity's main way of killing someone is if you put current across your heart and stop your heart, or by severe burns/vaporizing. Voltage will make things tingle, but that won't kill you. Even if you end up losing feeling there for ever (this.... likely is not going to happen, don't worry), but even if you did, you won't suddenly die from a numb finger. 

 

That said, don't take electricity lightly (ha, punny, right? lol dad jokes), it can be very dangerous. But understanding it is the key to safety.
