New PC Observations/Recommendations - Old laptop not cutting it anymore

Budget: £1700 

Country: England

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 1440p gaming at 60hz, Blender, Video Editing Divinci Resolve (Fusion), C# WPF and Xamarin Forms (.NET MAUI when available)

Other details

 

General layout of new pc obviously with the current pricing this will change,  Will be looking to purchase when prices are a bit more stable and availability is.... well available.

Is it worth going slightly over budget and swapping out the RTX3060ti (based on RRP) for a RTX3070 (Based on RRP).  Monitor is 1440p but 60hz.

 

Any help or pointing in right direction would be most appreciated as, last PC i built was a bog standard Ryzen 2200g for work.

Considering what your doing, it may be worth it to put a 5800X and 3060ti instead

If your gonna game, I suggest just going 1080p and then a high refresh rate monitor. Then your 1440p could be for your work.
