My Pc keeps crashing when loading games.

nicktoriousyo

So recently ive just build a new pc ~
CPU - Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU Msi 3070 Suprim
MB - Asus ROG Strix B550-A Gaming
PSU - 1100w gold plus
RAM - 64GB Corsair Vengeance
Deep Cool 360 AIO

2 x ADATA NvMe M.2 Drives
Now when I try to fire up games such as DBD, Apex or Rogue Company my PC instantly crashes(normally during the cut scene, ive had 1 instance where it crashed mid game on DBD and if i get past the cut scene on DBD i can play the game). However games such as Overwtach, League & Valorant dont crash, Ive tried uninstalling and re-instalkling drivers, i have msi afterburner, I have tried disabling the onboard audo. I ran a benchmark on Unigine and it didnt crash, ive tried disabling the Auto restart in system properties, Ive ran a windows memory diagnostic, ive also tried clearing cache on steam and verfying my files.
The error code on the windows log is : The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID Windows.SecurityCenter.SecurityAppBroker and APPID Unavailable to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
Does anyone have any insight or any other suggestions? I may not have listed anything else ive done thats just what ive done from the top of my head.
