PC won't reconnect to device via Bluetooth

Yesterday did I get a PS5 controller and successfully paired and connected it to my computer. But after I turn the controller off and on again, won't it connect to my computer via Bluetooth. It works with a cable just fine.

I also have a Logitech G604 mouse connected via Bluetooth, and every time I Wake Up my mouse, does it connect just fine. I am only having problems with my PS5 controller.  OS is Win 10.

 

Anybody have any idea on what to do?
