POST/BIOS SCREEN DOESNT DISPLAY ON MONITOR

hi, i bought a new monitor 2 months ago and whenever i try to boot to bios, my monitor doesnt display anything, its just black or cant find any source. i tryied every way to boot to bios but same thing happens. post screen is always black. but everything works perfectly on my tv which is in another room. unfortunately i have to take my pc to another room, just to use bios. i even updated my  bios to the latest version and have amd xfx rx 580. i couldnt find any fix for this in internet. pls someone help me! i would appreciate it very much!

Try different port.

edit: switched from csm to uefi and now same problem goes with tv as well. im willing to pay 100$ to the person who will help me fix this. :(((((((
