LGA 1151 6th gen intel socket pin broken

Got an Asus motherboard with messed up pins, straightened most but I see one is broken

it is in position AY-18 base don my calculation.. might be I am wrong

it is marked VDDQ

in the intel 6th gen  datasheet  I dont see any info on the VDDQ pin AY18

the mother board has 2 slots of DDR4,    i want to know if this is feeding one of the slots so I can use the other one

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/processors/core/core-technical-resources.html

And finally I have never dealt with broken CPU pins,  any idea how much it would cost to repair it and what is the best way to find a repair service for this, I am in New york so local would be better...

The general process of getting the socket fixed is to desolder the socket from the board, buy a new socket on alibaba for $8, then solder the new one on. If you have a hot air gun and are half decent at soldering, you can do it yourself. If you aren't, you can find someone to do it, but odds are they would charge more to replace it than the board is worth. Call around to see prices, but I'd try just throwing a CPU in there and seeing if it will boot. quite a decent number of the pins on the board are reserved for future use or redundant, especially the ones along the edges, and it would be worth a try to see if it would turn on.

the board is very expensive

I do have Chinese hot air gun , but a bit hesitant to take a chance on this board

so fixing that single pin requires changing the whole socket...

I will try to watch some videos on it but I have to find a garbage board to try it on...

what is the fair price for such a fix? can I get i done for 150$?

You may be lucky in that it could still work as is. I have a board with a broken pin that did finre after I had to fix bent pins but one was indeed broken off. That board is still working fine today.
As suggested above, try it and see.

Sockets are about $8, like @RONOTHAN##said. $150, you're NUTS if you're willing to pay that much for a cheap repair!

I'd say $30 at the most. Including labor, time and resources

contacted few places but most are relunctant to do it

one place said they need to find the  temperature tolerance (thermal profile) of the motherboard to see if it can handle it

I have 2 more place to call tomorrow..  would appreciate some input

Computer shops are not going to do such a risky intricate repair for any reasonable amount of money. Either do it yourself, find a friend, or get a new mobo.
