Sata devices being asked to initialized after moved my cabinet

Hello,

  So here's my problem. I have build this pc recently, I have put in old harddisks which i had in it and a new sata ssd. Whenever i move my case from one place to another or remove and put back the sata cables andd boot back into windows. The disk management asks to initialize the disk formating all the data in it. Is it normal for it to ask to initialize the disk whenever i tinker with the sata ports?

No it's not normal.  You don't use the windows pseudo hibernate mode (windows ), right? It's on by default. And you do turn off the PC before you do anything?
For it to ask for initialize a drive, I would guess it was unplugged when in use, and the MBR/GPT got hit very hard (normally it would try to fix the file system, not format it).
Or the old drive is damaged, and MBR/GPT are corrupted.

I'm not sure about the windows hibernate. I generally turn off my pc if i don't have to do anything. The power outlet is connected on and the psu isn't off. I don't think it's the drive because i have 3 sata hdd and 1 sata ssd connected through the interface which are all facing the problem. I just booted my computer yesterday again to find out that the drives need to be initialized. I have a nvme as a bootable drive. I'm not sure if the problem is hardware related or software.

Ok so i have removed all drives but one. The issue is still continuing. When i restart the pc or turn it on after sometime and head to this pc the d drive isn't shown. When i head out to disk management it asks me to initialize the disk and after initializing i lose my data. I'm not sure where to even start looking for the problem.

I understand that all your SATA drives, after just a restart, can get corrupted and need to be initialized... 
1) Get me the screen of SMART data form crystaldiskinfo, off all the drives.
2) What mobo are you using? 
3) Do the drive letter matter, is it always the D drive?
4) What operating system are you using?
5) Do you initialize to MBR, or GPT (tried both)?
6) You didn't OC the BCLK, right? 

the quickest route is to update the bios, or if there is no update, just restart it to default. And reinstall the Operating system. If the problem still continued, it will be probably hardware fault. 
But we can try to diagnose it, just get me some data to work with.

 I have uploaded the drive information from crystaldiskinfo. I have Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro Wifi Motherboard and it is updated to the latest bios. I don't think the drive letter matters because i had all the four drives connected and yet it happened. I have windows 10 pro. I always initilize to gpt. I didn't overclock anything yet.

Alright i visited the manufacturers website and found out that there was a update for the BIOS, it was ver. 33c and now it's ver. 33f. So I am not sure about the issue i need to observe if it's been fixed with the bios update or not.

This problem persists even after the latest BIOS update. I am not sure where to even start looking for a fix.

the screens don't have all of the smart value. So i will only tell what i see

the BX500 120GB have a reported one CRC error on C7, that's a communication error. Can be hinting problems with SATA cables, sata ports, or SATA controller on mobo. over 95% of it are SATA cables problems. But we don't know when it got that error, and there's only one for now.
And the temp are high, can be a signal that something is wrong with the controller before it's death. And the worst value in C2 column is alarming.
WD10EAVS SMART is OK, but why it's not reporting it's SATA speed? 
ST500VT have the not zero BF raw value, that indicates that it was dropped, hit, or moved while power on... You always need to check the surface of this disk, if that value have increased.
ST500DM002 have problems with the disk surface, 88 reported reallocated sectors.
If there are some problems on the start of disk, it could be corrupting the GPT.  You need to check the surface of this disk.

Can you get me a screen of the "Disk Management", whole screen,

Well i haven't noticed these problems before they started when i connected WD10EAVS, it's a older drive from a WD My Book external hard disk. BX500 is a recent ssd i purchased. ST500DM and ST500VT are drives from a old all in one pc and ps3 respectively. The disk management asks me to initialize all sata disks when restarted sometimes. I am using the sata cables those that were sent with the motherboard. What are the chances of all four being bad? And as i have mentioned i didn't get to face problems before i connected WD10EAVS. I have built pc this last year November and i could say this issue was seen at first. Could it be that WD10EAVS is causing these problems? Or my sata controller on motherboard can't handle 4 drives at once? I have tried searching for sata controller drivers but i'm not sure where i can find for my pc. And in the manufacturers page of the motherboard there are only RAID drivers for AMD.

that's a RAID 0 stripe on ST500VT and ST500DM002 ?

What happens when you unplug the WD10EAVS, can you use jumper to force it to SATA II?

Hello i'm not sure what you mean by raid 0 stripe but i made a simple spanned volume with those 2 drives. I do not know what you mean by use jumper to force is to SATA II.

Some HDD have pins on the back, you can bridge them to get fe. SATA II speed. OLD WD HDD have 8 pins. By bridging the 5 and 6, you should be able to force it to sun on SATA II. 
I'm just worried about your data on that E partition, If it's spanned volume you will lose all your data when one of the HDD fails, and the Seagate's have some problems. 
I would use it for some non critical data with a copy only. And move all important data, remembering to have a backup. 
I heard of similar issues on WIN 10 on my country IT forum, but for now without solution.

Ps. Yesterday i solved some crappy issue for dropping frames, on youtube, had to link my DAC by toslink, not by USB   ****** windows scheduler, and HI-RES audio processes. There are issues out there, that you don't even dream about...

Hello,
  I have done abit of research and found out that overclocking might be what is causing the issue because of my motherboard. I had amd ryzen master install and i changed it to precision booster preset and since then i have had this. I uninstalled it and changed it back to default and since then i haven't seen it. Does this mean i cannot overclock without putting my sata devices at risk?
