Monitors blacking out/pc shutting down at random-Potential driver issue?

So just recently my pc has started acting weirdly....every so often my monitors will turn off for 30 or so seconds....and then come back online....and sometimes they won't come back on at all. I've also been getting quite frequent alerts from the AMD Radeon Software's Issue Detection feature saying that my drivers have run into an issue or unexpectedly didn't function......I have no idea what is causing this since I don't believe I have changed anything significant....so I'd appreciate any information on why this could be happening. I'm fairly new to the pc scene, so I'd also appreciate knowing what is causing this and how to prevent it, so that I actually gain some knowledge on the subject, instead of someone just telling me how to fix it.
