Ddr4-4266 sodimm

Hello, I have recently been in search of some 4266mhz sodimms and have not for the life of me been able to find any, do they even exist and if so where would I happen to be able to get 2 8gb sticks of them. Thanks in advance.

Why do you need 4266MHZ RAM? That is completely overkill, no matter what CPU.

Iris Xe requires 4266mhz Dual Channel DDR4 to function, according to Intel ark. And iirc there's not much of it in consumer.

If you're talking about the LPDDR4X-4266 used on a lot of ultrabooks, that's almost certainly soldered, not a SODIMM.

It is actually used in some laptops, the igpu performs better with it i think.

Those are not SODIMM, but LPDDR4X soldered onto the PCB (and only ever come soldered, not individual modules). They come within the system (laptop) or card (GPU sold as graphics card).

Sad, I was wanting to use it on an intel nuc 11 with i5 1135g7. What's the next highest speed then?

Actually for DDR4, the limit seems to be 3200MHz anyway. These systems most likely do not support any overclocking

Overclocking isnt too much of a concern, all it will be used for is is streaming a light game called osu so it should be fine.

Because the CPU only supports up to 3200MHz with DDR4, you cant run those expensive 4000MHz kit beyond 3200MHz either.
