Those low profile coolers aren't great, id get a higher profile cooler.

 

Might as well go rocket lake/11600k. About the same price and faster.

 

Go z590 for the newer 11th gen cpu. And id probably get a lower end board, you won't use those extra features or overclocking ability

 

Id go for a 144p display, extra pixels are nice.

Yea that capture card should work, but if your streaming on the same system, id just use obs or simmilar.

 

Id probalby get a cooler like a hypter 212 if you want cheap, or a higher end noctua if you want a good cooler.

Why not water cool it with an AIO? It's cheap if you don't go for fancy stuff.

Id go 11600k, a bit fasterm doesm't cost much more. And lets you use the top m.2 slot and get pcie gen 4.

 

Id get a 1440p display here, the extra resolution is nice to have.
