I need help for a friend who is building his first pc.

A couple of weeks ago, one of my friends told me that they were interested in getting a PC because they have saved up £1500 and is planning to spend £1000 on the PC and other peripherals, including a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

I understand how to search for the PC parts online when many GPU's are flying off shelves because i built my own PC back in December of this year. However, this was before every single GPU you could find are out of stock. Therefore, it has been very difficult to find any GPU for my friend's build because they are all out of stock. Ok, but if i get a 3600 i would have to get a b550 motherboard. This would mean that there is not much money for a monitor etc. So what should i do?!
