2 Ram sticks work but not 4 sticks

Habibi69420

I have 32 gbs of ram 4*8. I didn't have the Micro-USB plugged into my AIO cooler so I took out the ram to plug it in. When I put the ram back in I got the DRAM Q-LED warning on my motherboard. My pc works fine when I have 2 sticks of ram in but not 4. I don't know if this is a common issue but can someone please help me.

Specs:

32 Gigs Corsasir RGB Pro Ram 4*8

Asus X570-Pro motherboard

Gigabyte Aorus RTX 3060 Ti Master

Samsung 970 Evo Plus SSD

Ryzen 5 5600x CPU

Did you remove the RAM DIMM with the pc being on? Is the RAM properly in place? What if you unplug the usb cable again?

The Ram is properly in place, I have checked a million times. I never removed the ram while my pc was on, and unplugging the usb cable does nothing to fix it.

The steps I have tried are Clearing CMOS, Reseating Ram, Reseating CPU, Using electronic spray to clean the ram and sockets, and unplugging motherboard power.
