Fan issue in new build (Dark hero/Galahad AIO with SL120 fans)

Hi guys,

 

So I'm a long time lurker here but I'm having some issues with my new build in regards to the fan setup. First, a quick rundown of what I'm working with:

 

MB: Crosshair Dark Hero VII

AIO: 360 Galahad

Fans (replaced the default AIO ones): Lian Li SL120 x6 (two sets of three, one set on the rad and 1 set for the case)

 

The problem: I've connected everything as I would expect using the Galahad Fan hub and I then have that plugged into the CPU Fan header. However, when I boot I get the error that the CPU fan is not detected and I'm not too sure what I've done wrong.

 

If there is anyone around that could help with troubleshooting this then that would be great / If you need any more info just let me know.

A quick fix might be to plug the hub into a system fan header and plug a CPU fan into the CPU header.

With the SL 120's they daisy chain together, so there is only one set of cables coming out instead of 3, which goes into the hub 😞
