I have a TUF Gaming B550-PLUS Motherboard from Asus.

It's definitely supported then.

I have built a new PC, will I update to the latest bios (2006) on my B550 motherboard?

I have a Ryzen 3600 processor, will the processor continue to work in this motherboard when I have updated the bios on the motherboard?

The Motherboard is a TUF Gaming B550-Plus From Asus.

Yes, that CPU and mobo combination will still work with the latest BIOS.

We need your exact motherboard model to determine that... but as far as I'm aware, it should work with no issues. The 3600 is pretty recent.

I also searched up "2006 B550 BIOS" on Google and assuming you have an ASUS ROG STRIX B550-A/-E, it should work without an issue. Both of these have complete support for the 3600.
