Help. Monitor is capable of 75hz refresh rate but cannot change from 60

I have a 24 inch 1080p Samsung T350 LF24T350FHNXZA monitor and online and on the box it says that it is capable of having a 75hz refresh rate but i cannot change it from 60hz. I have checked my AMD settings as well as my Windows settings for my display and it only shows 60hz as an option but i know that this monitor is capable of using a 75hz refresh rate.
