should i just take ReviOS and make my own modded windows 10 iso out of it

i was trying to get answers on another post i had, but it went dead and i learned about ReviOS...

now i was thinking of taking it as it is already debloated and modded to my likes, but i want to add programs and settings and driver and what not to my liking should i just go by and use ReviOS for the base and then what would be my next step? suggestions

yes but would making a fully furnished iso be out of it be an option? i do not want to have to reinstal everything every time i need to and then i would have a copy handy when no internet is handy
