Difference in height for the gpu - for mining rig frame

Hello my fellow humans,

So I am starting to get into mining and i want to build my own mining rig.

I am looking on the internet for measurements but i can't seem to find the difference in height you have to have 

in order to mount the gpu (See high tech drawing). Does anybody out there know what differnce hast to be?

i think the pcie slot height is standardised (i don't remember the dimensions from the top of my head but they're pretty easy to find on the internet)

I'm a bit confused on why you're looking for this info. when building a mining rig there isn't any cards mounted to the motherboard they are all mounted above the MB via PCI 1x riser cables and sitting on a ledge. 

Also I've never seen a card that had a higher mounting point for the screw, I've had both low profile and big ass full huge things and the all have the same mounting point to the case.
