R9 390x 8gb upgrade to R9 Fury X 4gb for 50 bucks! Should I do it?

So, the opportunity popped up for an upgrade, but im not sure if I should do it. I have a 4k display and i like to run most games on native resolution. Also i work editing photos and videos all day. Is the upgrade worth it? My main concern is the downgrade in VRAM, considering the high resolutions i usually run games at.

Based on this, I don't think so, maybe(If that is part of a trade). If the GPU alone is 50 bucks, then maybe try it.

Still seems like a good performer though.

ALSO, I believe having more VRAM should be better for higher resolutions.

I think the fury architecture and driver support has aged poorly. There is games where your current card is better, and it's overall more consistent.

No. The aio on basically all fury x's have started failing by now or are close to. That and the fury x is often not better than your card due to basically being abandoned in proper driver support.
