Budget (including currency): 1500 usd

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming a bit of photoshop and 2k vid edting

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I have a 3080 but no pc ;-;

so plz reccomend

$1500 is a huge budget for everything except a GPU in a PC. Might as well give them as much space for games and edits as possible for such a high end system

Either way, spending that much on SSDS is a bad idea. If you really needed the extra storage a decent NVME drive + a 2TB SATA drive would be better

Depends on use case. Honestly, there comes a point in a build of this budget where outside help isn't possible, such as RGB, aesthetics, and storage where it's all up to personal preference and the owner.
