What do I use to buy a giftcard with BTC?

Ive been mining with nicehash for a bit, and have about 14$ (2.5x10^-4BTC).

Say, when I get to 20$ I want to get a amazon gifcard to buy..... I don't know..... some cable extensions.

what service do I use?
Also, do I have to have x amount to use the wallet?

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

you cant withdraw unless you have 0.001BTC i think, which is $55

of which if you do withdraw at that amount, the transaction fee would be quite heavy

i normally withdraw once i reach $1000 or so, because of the fixed transaction fee

I cant really do that. At that rate it would be like 2.5 years.

But yeah its .001.

Do you know the fixed fee?

it varies depending on the trading volume of the time you're trading

recently it's been $2.5 i think? or $10+ if you want it to go through fast

though nicehash picks the slow option so $2-ish

ok.

So it would be like .00005BTC (2.7usd)?

Also do you know what I should use?

Ive seen bitrefill and egifter. Are there others? Which is best?

I could use some help with this!

I don't trade BTC to gift cards, I think I've seen @wkdpaul mentioned something about this though

ok.

Id assume you sell it with something like coinbase and sell it for your local currency?

Ill see what wkdpaul has to say.

Something like that yes, I don't use coinbase because it doesn't support my local currency

Just in case if you come to the conclusion to want to gather more before transferring out, you can trade BTC to USDT if BTC is dropping so you'll have "USD" and won't lose all your money if BTC crashes, that's your backup plan

You can do it through nicehash exchange

on nicehash the withdraw fees are not that high. it fluctuates quite a bit so it can be anywhere from $0.3 to $10. you just have to check at different times and you might get lucky. withdrawing to coinbase is free but i believe coinbase charges a fee to withdraw from them

Is there a reason why you want to cash out in gift cards instead of a currency such as USD?

bitrefill is best IMO, the other option is coincards, but they charge fees (5% IIRC ? )

best to change the fees manually to pay as little as possible (some exchanges or wallets won't let you do that unfortunately), it will take longer to verify, but it's never worth paying $10 in network fees (unless you're moving a few whole BTCs I guess).
