Well yeah thats not the most amazing cpu. What gpu?

If you simply want the gpu usage to be at 100% then just turn up the graphics setting until you saturate it more than the cpu. But that being said the cpu even though it's not at 100% usage is probably having a tough time.

well the gpu isn't amazing either.

You know at 50fps for the hardware you have it's not doing too bad. I dont think you'll have a lot of option for reducing the cpu load so you might just be doing what the machine is capable of.

i took some screenshoots messing with game config

and i saw someone playing with the same specs at 90 fps

They are everywhere that is not your fault. What resolution are you playing at?

when and where , also unless their machine is an exact clone of your machine at exactly the same point in time with the exact same software then dont compare performance in that manner

its 2560x1080

in the first image it was 1920x1080 but i tried to maximize the usage of gpu so i raised the res.

Yeah you just aren't going to be able to get much more outta that configuration unless you oc the gpu a bit with msi afterburner and try to gain some marginal amount of FPS. You are basically at the limit

That video appears to be over a year and a half old , that machine is in no way running the same version of the game , OS , or drivers you are using. It's not a comparable.

and their average fps appear to be only 10 away from yours so considering you dont know what board , drives , ram , or internet they use then it seems yours is mostly similar

Your RAM is running at 2400Mhz, it makes a difference, but I do not know if that will make a large difference in your case. Anyway I would run at the max advertised speed of 2666Mhz if possible.

The cpu is limiting the ram speed

i forgot to mention, i used to play forza horizon 4 at 75 fps in 1920x1080 with only 8gb ram, now with 16gb and dual channel, the fps goes arround 40/50.
