You can, but it's not worth tearing apart the cooler just for the radiator.

it can, but life expectancy is short. the pump isn't designed for anything else than just

that small radiator. adding a reservoir reduces the throughput and will starve the pump.

 

if just using the radiator, there are more efficient radiators than that aluminum radiator

that will need corrosion inhibitors in your coolant selection. just the pump, no.
