How can I attach this handbrake to my sim rig?

You need to make a custom bracket,

The easiest way to make one is with wood.

You can try that,but it will probably move from side to side when you use it.

You think it would work if I use really strong double tape or something idk, im not trying to make a whole wood bracket

Try using both the bolt and the double sided tape,it may work.
