Good 24 inch monitor?

I am looking for a 24 inch monitor that is 1080p. I was looking at the asus vn248h which is an ips monitor. I would prefer a ips panel but it is not entirely necessary. I dont want a TN panel though. I would like the monitor to be under 160$ also. Thanks
